Key Responsibilities

• Planning, executing and evaluating project activities such as excavation, concrete foundations, trenching, utilities, aggregate roads, drainage, structural fabrication and erection, fencing, carpentry etc.
• Review construction drawings; develop scope of work; determine material and equipment required.
• Management of processes, scheduling, costs, employee relations issues, and employment needs.
• Provide detailed and accurate daily reporting of duties performed
• Knowledge of industry standards, technical requirements and specifications.
• Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
• Participate in JSA’s, behavioral based safety observations, and all other HSE processes.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of civil industrial experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).

Candidates will be required to pass:

• Drug & Alcohol Test
• Fit for duty
